1. What shall I do when asked to fill out a questionnaire about an assessee I do not have a meaningful relationship with?
In this case, you have the possibility to tick the box “Not able to answer / Too soon to evaluate”.
2. Can I save the questionnaire temporarily before the final validation?
You will effectively be able to fill out the questionnaire in several stages if necessary: you can close it at any time, connect again later and all your answers will appear the way you let them.
3. I have completed the questionnaire but I still receive regular reminders from Qualintra, what shall I do?
The reminders are sent by Qualintra on a regular basis to people who have not finished: make sure that you have filled out and validated all the questionnaires you are selected for (including your self-assessment if you are an assessee).
4. Are my answers/comments anonymous?
Unless you are the hierarchical manager, your individual responses will be kept strictly confidential as they will be averaged together to maintain anonymity.
Nevertheless, please note that written comments will appear, verbatim, in the individual Feedback Report, without any text modification or translation (to make the understanding easier, please try to adapt, when possible, for your comments the used language to the assessee's or by default use English).
5. As an assessee am I able to view and monitor who replied to the questionnaire and who did not?
For confidentiality reasons, assessees can not see who has filled out his/her questionnaire.
6. My account is locked or I can not connect to the platform, what shall I do?
- For questions of a technical nature (connection problem, access to the platform, managing your account, etc.), you should contact support directly on the platform or at the following address: support@qualintra.com
